Meet some of our carers at Carevita

Carer is interviewed face-to-face, reference-checked and background-checked before they ever meet a family. Here are a few of them.

OUR CARERS

Who Will Actually Be in the House?

We understand that welcoming a carer into your home is an important decision.

That's why we carefully select carers and consider their experience, skills, personality and approach to care when matching them with an individual. Our carers aim to provide respectful, consistent and person-centred support while encouraging independence wherever possible.

Enhanced DBS

On every single carer, checked before introduction.

In Person

Every carer is interviewed, not just screened on paper.

Profiles are sent to you — including a video call first.

How we can help

Most families come to us at a difficult moment — after a fall, a hospital discharge, or a dementia diagnosis that makes living alone unsafe. You don't need to have worked out what you need before you call. Our care managers will talk through the situation, explain how live-in care works, and give you a clear idea of cost.

What happens when you get in touch

  • We'll ask about the situation, the level of support needed, and where care would take place

  • We'll explain your options, including funding you may be entitled to

  • We'll give you an indicative weekly price — no obligation to proceed

  • If you'd like to go ahead, we'll send you profiles of matched carers to choose from
